        They Never answer the phone . They are so freaking lazy Just Ridiculous No-one That works Here is better then anyone else , Just Do your Job please! Pick up the phones !! We arent all able to make the Drive to the Tag office because the police will still give u a ticket!Its just Bad business at this point! We need a better workforce in GRIFFIN!!!! Stop putting US Citizens To the Side!

        If I could give zero stars I would but seriously, what's the point of having a phone if you're not going to answer it? Not only did they place a warning on my account over a car I haven't owned in 20 years that is preventing me from being able to purchase a new car, but now I have to drive 3 hours just to be able to get said warning removed. Do better.
