        Start to finish nice experience. Front desk very responsive and gives reminders and calls to make sure everything is going smoothly. Rynda is great. Very patient with me. Had to go back day after as was having problem putting hearing aid back in my ear. She refitted it and its just fine. Overall nice job on the staffs part at this office in Griffin, Ga.

        I honestly can't say I would had admitted to needing hearing aids before last year especially at only 34. However, the audiologist set me straight that hearing comes in many levels and that like everything else in life we are all at our own level. I can finally hear for the most part far better than I was in the past few years. I guess all the talk about concerts and such is true! I had forgotten just how much I was missing out on hearing on.

        I couldn't hear and was skeptical about going to Hear USA as so many hearing aids I had bought failed me. I was greeted with kindness as soon as I walked in. Tammy at the front desk was kind and in the back Rynda calmed my nerves and the hearing test was a breeze. I have only had 2 visits there but I recommend anyone to this service. Now I can hear and not afraid of hearing aids anymore. I love the people there and the whole experience. I am taking my 75 year old mother there. I loved the whole experience. I love the way they make you feel welcomed and they are always there if you need them. I love the fact that I CAN HEAR
