Poplar Grove Apartments

I enjoy living here except one of my neighbors will at times blast his music when I and others here are trying to sleep. When he's asked to turn it down,he starts yelling and cussing.

If you have a choice, dont rent here. This lovely apartment complex features leaking roofs, mold in the ceiling and mold in air vents. Consistently having work done on apartments and roof but nothing gets fixed. At least three layers of paint on every surface. Floors that have visible holes as well as carpet spikes showing in doorways. Bathroom is awful! Bathroom sink was pulling away from the wall and had dripping faucet. Mold in every corner of the bathroom tile as well as visible screws and nails in floor. Outdated appliances, unlit stairwell and unlit emergency exit signs. Has no central alarm system to let you know that theres a fire in the building. Constantly dealing with roaches and other pest as foundation is not closed off. Plus venue next door has loud events. Long story short wasnt worth the price that I paid and certainly isnt worth the price that you will pay. Also keep your receipts to your money orders as they like to play games when under new management. Save your time and look elsewhere for housing.
