I am so pleased and grateful for the service and support from Bear Comfort Heating and Air. It is a small family business and they are very good at what they do. Recently we had to get a furnace replaced and I couldn't ask for better service. They did a system replacement for us in our previous home too. In both cases they gave the best price compared with other quotes, while at the same time exceeding all my expectations in terms of professionalism and quality work. Thank you again! I can't say enough about how awesome everyone in the company is from Renee in the office to the guys that came out and fixed my AC. I started out going through my home warranty company (policy now cancelled and bad reviews about them on other sites). After 3 weeks of a nightmare experience, Bear excepted the claim request and was at my house the next morning. The claim was denied by the warranty company but I asked Bear to fix my AC directly. They were in constant communication with me, they arrive when they say they will and get the job done. They fit me in to the schedule and my AC was fixed in less than 2 days from the original contact with them. I have a lot of dogs so being without the AC was horrible. Within 2 hours of them showing up with the parts, the cold air was moving through the house! I love these guys and they will be my call for any AC needs that may come up in the future!
