David was were knowledgeable and nice! He arrived on time in the window and completed my work quickly and efficiently. Customer service on the whole (requesting an appointment, follow up scheduling) was all very easy and their representation was pleasant! Would definitely recommend. From setting up the appointment to repair, they were incredibly professional.
I scheduled the appointment online and minutes later, they called to confirm. The morning of the appointment, I got a text with the name and picture of the electrician who was coming, which Id never experienced before, but really appreciated. When Jordon arrived, he listened to my concerns, then very thoroughly explained what he needed to do to pinpoint the issue. Once he found it, he explained what was going on, my options and the costs. There was no pressure to select the most expensive option. He tackled the repair quickly and left my home in tip top shape. Id highly recommend Mr. Electric. i was impressed the moment Malcolm arrived from: lead time alert, vehicle identification, uniform/badge confirmation, addressing the purpose of the service call to discussing the additional benefits of the service agreement (which I accepted). Malcom is better than the Home Inspection contractors out there (value of benefit) when involving the electrical and plumbing systems in the home. He was thorough, knowledgeable, articulate and polite/respectful; the best of skills in dealing with the public as well as in life. It is worth your time and money to investigate Mr. Electric (Malcolm) for any of your system needs in your personal home and investment properties. Remember there are only 5 major systems in any structure: foundation, roof, electrical, plumbing and HVAC; Mr. Electric can handle 2 of the 5!
