9am 4/9/2024..1st time in office Informed no caseworker in office as they all work from home. Stated would email caseworker to call me and gave me the phone number. Called caseworker at 10am 4-9-2024 and left msg to call me back ASAP. I applied on 3/11 for QMB Medicaid, received denial ltr dated 3/8. Weird..then received ltr dated 3/14 stating I applied 3/1 (I did not) and DFCS required to complete work in 10 days. Well it has been way past 10 days with no further communication. This is an absolutely disgusting way to treat any human being let alone those in need. I retired from 40 yrs in social work field and NEVER treated clients this way.

I am having the same experience as the others. Received a text that I had a phone interview scheduled for 3/19/2024 at 1:30. My phone never rang. Called and left a message on the number that the text came from. Never received a response, so I went to the Gainesville office. They were ok and the lady sent an email to the person I had the interview with and she responded that she would call me shortly to reschedule. Today is April 1st and I have now left 4 voicemails due to never receiving that call back. Got a letter 3/29 stating that if I dont reschedule by 4/12 I will be denied. How the hell do I reschedule! Ridiculous!

they dont follow up with no case plan that is created with you, they will not provide no warrant of such to enter or information to where children go and are. they give you the bare min for the child health, development, or support. they illegal use benefits and controls that is not their right without authorization or comfirmation. they send children in places that is tragic and dont even consider how they feel or even care to hear their thoughts. their own need is not even given to them like access to commuication from actual family. its illegal and harmful for children against their will and deserve better protection and better resources and better connection and better choices and better management and freedom to express their creativity as individuals
