My fianc took our truck to James an he could even get the temp sensor in my wife an friend had to put a bolt where the sensor goes which is very difficult if you dont have the right tools which he didnt the guy James left her there in the rain waiting for someone to come an help her so for two hours she waited when our friend got there James shows up with food an goes inside she trys to get him to come help or give them the tools to be able to leave an he wouldnt came outside . Also my fianc said he was watching a you tube video on how to do it not very professional if you ask me .. be careful if you take your vehicle to him you just en up paying double when you couldve just paid once

This guy is trash. Messed up my truck and said he would repair it. Went back in for the repair and sevice the brakes. Just to be lied to about the parts. And then to top it off im missing 3 lug nuts not 1. Not 2. 3! And now james refuses to talk or call or even fix the issue that he created. Dont expect any customer service from James Caldwell!!!!
