Tri-State Waterproofing

I had Tristate Waterproofing come out to level my concrete sidewalk, and they did an amazing job. The concrete looks good as new and they left the area cleaner than it was before.

TriState came and did some significant work lifting my floors in a tight crawl space. Lalo and Daniel were very easy to work with, very easy to talk to and get information as to what was being done, and seen underneath. They even let me - my choice - crawl up under and see where things needed to be addressed. Very hard workers, and nice people. Everything was exactly as discussed in the inspection estimate. Amber and Stacy in the office were very helpful and attentive. Work just done this week - so it is hard to evaluate it from a longevity perspective, but as near as I can tell, this is a first rate company that tells you like it is, treats you fairly, and delivers on what they promise. Top shelf.

This is my second time using Tri-State Waterproofing. They Installed interior perimeter waterproofing drainage system, 2 natural gravity drains, vapor barriers. Along crawlspace floor and up the wall to the bottom of the vents, wrap columns and tape all seams. They Sealed all foundation vents from the interior of crawlspace. They also Install a dehumidifier and tied it into the system. I also had them Tear out old insulation and install new insulation. Oh yeah cant forget they Sprayed the floor with sodium bicarbonate to help prevent future molding. From start to finish Lalo , Andrew and Kyles did a awesome job. Service: Waterproofing

Came in to fix a leak in basement. Started at $400 then went to $1000 to fix another area that could be troublesome eventually. Ok great. Heavy rain that night, water leaking in basement same areA. Called them, oh no we didnt work on that area. Well we called you to fix the leak, not work on what was convenient. Dont recommend them. Go elsewhere! Service: Waterproofing
