Amazing Experience! We purchased our second home and couldn't be happier to have such a wonderful, patient and knowledgeable realtor. Daniela was always available for us and communication was always impecable. From emails, to calls, to texts she was always accesible. We reached Dani a day before we went to see our house, and that same day she referred us to two of their preferred lenders and by the next day we had paperwork submitted. Truly Amazing Experience!
I have never had a real estate professional work SO HARD to investigate all of the little details during a very short Due Diligence period. Daniela was simply astounding in the way that she personally contacted experts and building regulators to find out all of the things that the sellers didn't know about. The surveyor. The buried well. The septic tank. The previously removed structures. The regulations regarding combination of lots. The rules about future division of property. How to get variances from the city. She may look young, but she knows this business like a professional at the top of her game for decades!
