To be fair, my Kung pao chicken with no chicken (sauce and vegs) was very tasty. However, egg drop and hot and sour soups were disgusting. So thick it didn't drop off the spoon. Pulled apart into gelatinous strands. Sent back, didn't eat. Also was told no boiling water, so no hot tea and hadn't made any sweet tea either. Been going there for years, but never again.

Great place, we have tried a lot of Chinese restaurants and this is one of the best in this area, the server was awesome... Must try, you won't be disappointed...

Menu items listed with ingredients should not be jammed full of ingredients that flavor the dish (green peppers in particular) that are not mentioned in the item's description, Yu Hsiang Pork for one, Hot Braised Chicken for another. Food was just so-so, so not going back there anyway. Photo is all green peppers from those two dishes, 90% from the Yu Hsiang Pork. Green peppers from a dish that is not supposed to have them! Owner's response ignores the issue, "Menu items LISTED WITH INGREDIENTS" Your menu lists the ingredients: "Yu Hsiang Pork Shredded pork, green onion, and bamboo shoot sauted with hot pepper brown sauce." Does it say "green pepper"? No! Does it say "and other vegetables"? No! If you're going to list the ingredients in a particular dish, you don't get to add heaps of other ingredients to suit your whim, particularly ones that have such an impact on the flavor. If you order a pepperoni pizza, are you happy when you get it home and it's covered in both pepperoni and green pepper (or some other vegetable you don't like)?
