        The most basic of the company standards are not being met at this location.

        Employees are definitely trained well in the art of give less, make more profit the spoon shaking is strong at this location. Literally watched the girl shake the spoon twice till most of the chicken fell back in the pan, asked if I could have a little more than that, said she would have to charge me for extra meat. I had to add a bunch of other stuff just to mentally feel like the bowl had stuff in it for what I was paying for. And then at the register is a tip option, well here is my tip. Stop slighting the customer.
