OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!! I was a little worried about the new alignment machine I got....But Randy went above and beyond to make sure it worked ....he stayed till 8:30 PM recalibrating my DWA 3400...THANKS RANDY!!! I will be buying more equipment from you as soon as I can...You guys rock!! I am thinking about getting a tire machine from those guys. From what I understand they are top of the line

Fantastic products &Technical support! You can tell the team picking up the phones are true equipment technicians that have gotten hands on and not just reading a script like most companies. I bought an alignment machine and balancer a couple of years ago from them and have not been disappointed. The few times I had questions or trouble I was able to get a solution right away and get an accurate diagnosis of my problem. Will definitely keep them in mind when I need replace my equipment or expand my business.

Purchased a wheel aligner system Oct- 2016. The laptop steam notebook they use warped. called them asked what can we do. I was informed buy a new laptop from us at 1k. Really!! I asked you can't help us out any we spent a lot of money. Nope!! you are out of warranty, use it until it stops working or buy a new one. That's awesome customer service!!!! Beware, Never buy from this company .
