Went here last year for an all over vivid color. I'm reviewing now because if I had when it happened, I wouldn't have been kind. Without getting into everything that happened, the cold water used to rinse gave me brain freeze. Yes it should be cold but not THAT cold. My hair wasn't dried afterwards and I was rushed out of the chair so my stylist could move on to someone else. I walked out dripping wet...in February...in the rain. Better still, the color wasn't completely washed out. So for my entire birthday weekend, I was blue. My face, hands and neck...blue. When my husband tried to bring this to their attention he was blown off. He was treated as if he knew nothing about hair color, however what the person on the other end didn't know is I am a cosmetologist as well. I have been coloring my hair like this for years and know what needs to be done for upkeep and such when it comes to vivids. I only went here as a birthday treat for myself. So we're clear, the color was beautiful and what I was wanting, and the stylist was sweet and all BUT the service was horrid. Being a cosmetologist myself, I was expecting more from the stylist and salon. If you're looking for a fashion color this isn't the place.

I came to Katey after another salon absolutely butchered my hair, and that woman is a miracle worker. She did exactly what I asked and took the time to make sure I was happy and understood everything that she was doing. 10/10 would recommend her to any and everyone. Services: Bang trim, Haircut, Hair coloring
