        Rude Morning staff. Very kind to other member that are their skin complexion but not friendly to others. Especially the brook girl, you should watch her behavior. Its giving her and her family is racist.

        Planet Fitness is actually a joke How is it that ive already paid 140$ for only being there 3 months. They charged me 60$ JUST TO START!! ( which i didnt know by the way, i thought that was the yearly fee) but then just a couple months later they charge me the annual fee and then say i cant even cancel and get my money back. its A joke do not spend 250$ a year for a classic membership

        Tried to cancel my membership over the phone. They said they wouldn't do it. Had to be a letter or go into the gym. I travel for work and can't drive the 6h to do it in person. Buyer Beware.

      We're sad to hear our cancellation process has caused you distress, Jeff, and we seek to be as transparent as possible about it. Since we require a signature for all cancellations, we currently have two methods for canceling. You can either sign a form at your club's front desk, or you can mail a signed letter to your home club directly (certified mail is recommended for tracking purposes). For reference, this appears in your Membership Agreement signed prior to joining and on our policy page under "Membership Cancellations" here: https://www.planetfitness.com/about-planet-fitness/planet-fitness-policies. If you have any questions or concerns, our club manager would love to further address them with you!
