Theresa from customer service delivered absolutely no service whatsoever. Very unhelpful and unkind. I called to close my moms account as she passed away last year. I was not asked if I had documentation but was instead told I needed to get documentation as if Im an idiot and have not considered what the process might look like to close an account. Then when I was getting upset by her attitude, she told me we were on a recorded line as if to threaten me? I did not use foul language or even raise my voice to her. She was extremely short tempered and rude. Unbelieveable how unhelpful and insensitive this company is.

They misread our meter for several months and then hit us with a huge bill. No one in the whole company apparently has the authorization to adjust your bill. Normally, when treated like this by a large company, one would just take their business to another provider, but they have a monopoly in our area so there's nothing you can do. This is probably the reason for their indifference when it comes to getting bills correct or showing appreciation for their customers.

Truly horrific experience for half of the year, 2023, still ongoing. Do NOT waste your time calling, or trying to go up the chain with Liberty. We spent 5 months attempting this, and had to file a complaint with the GA Public Service Commissioner. Received immediate call back within 48 hours. Go online to the GA PSC, and file a complaint immediately, online, for discrepancies.
