        One particular person that is a therapist there by the name of tiffany Derrick told me I was white priveledge. She happens to be black lady. So for anyone thinking of going for help and you are white forget it. You will be deemed as a racist in her eyes. There is nothing good comes from t his place. No professionalism here at all. Don't waist your money. I am not priveledge over any other race or foreigners. The foreigners that comes into this country have a better life than i do so they are more succesful than me. So as for you Tiffany when you added the word white to priveledge you changed the whole meaning of it and I'm not the only one who sees this. You as a so called professional as your title don't understand what you are preaching. You are the one that is racist and need to be called out on it.Tiffany you were not in my best interest. I do not have priveledge at all over any one human being in the USA. What we where talking about had nothing to do with my job either. Yes I was seen by you Tiffany Derrick. I don't care what insurance regulations are. You should not be guiding anyone for help. Y ou are the worse therapist there is and racist but that's typical. I dont have privilege at all. I've never forgotten this.

At A Better Day Counseling, we focus on non-judgemental counseling and never would label someone as racist. Privilege isn't something you are; it's something you have. We all do. Americans have privilege in this country over foreigners, heterosexual couples have privilege over homosexual couples, Christians have privilege over other religions here. It's not fair. It's just a part of our lives. Understanding privilege allows one to have psychological flexibility which promotes mental wellness. We wish you all the best in the future.

      Thank you for your response. It is correct that there may be last minute cancellations when our providers are out of the office for illness. With flu season, that can create unexpected interruptions in care. We do our best to offer clients alternate appointments with other providers in our office that accommodates their schedules.
