The address is 1200 Jesse Jewell SW, it is by the Bamboo Carwash and where Bojangles used to be. Gps will take you to the wrong address. The staff is very courteous and professional. I was able to easily get a quote for body work on my car quickly and with no hassles. I had to call for proper directions and the receptionist was very helpful in getting me directed properly. I called Classic after hitting a deer and was thrilled that they could do an estimate within a week. The young man who did the estimate was polite and seemed knowledgeable. But after waiting a week to hear back from them, i called to see when i could bring my van in. I was told that they hadnt sent the estimate to my insurance company. The manager sent it while we were on the phone but then he told me that they wouldnt work on my van . It had too many miles on it. Right at 200,00. I was stunned! The manager was apologetic but it didnt seem sincere. I couldnt believe that noone had said anything about this "policy'". I had wasted nearly 3 weeks to just be shunted off because my van isnt new. Just dont bother with this place. They dont deserve your time and money. Service: Body & Trim
