        I absolutely LOVE living here its so peaceful ( besides my upstairs neighbors ) if I dont renew my lease it will definitely be because of that, other than that its a nice place to live if you move to the 3rd floor of course thats with any apartment community!

        Amanda and her team were wonderful!!! We were in a bind and needed to move on a few days notice. They walked us through everything and got us approved that day! Beautiful apartments as well. Very nice and upkept.

        Maintenance guys are great and nice. That's the only thing worth a star. Management is very dismissive. You pay for trash service that comes less than half the time. You pay for a gate that is ALWAYS open or broken(both). You are told you have access to high speed internet in every apartment unit and you don't, so you have to get 5G hotspot (slow and expensive for what it is) if you are in one of the units that isn't wired right. Pool is closed a lot in the summer and is commonly so cloudy you can't see the bottom of the shallow end. Fitness equipment is always broken. I'm sure I'll get a canned response to contact someone on here, when I can hardly ever reach the front office or management.
