        The woman that calls you back to the room is always so rude with a awful attitude. When you dont feel good you dont need someone at the doctor office being rude to you Very unprofessional and just heartless!!!

        I had been a patient for over 15 years here, but probably will not return. They refused to treat me after I went to another doctor- out of convenience mind you. They literally told me that because I went to another doctor regarding my healthcare, that as far as they were concerned my other doctor could handle it from there, even when my other doctor referred me back to Franklin Primary Care. 10 out 10 do not recommend going here unless its your last viable option for healthcare or its not something serious as they have also misdiagnosed me multiple times over the years. If I could put zero stars I would.
