My experience in the waiting area was very frustrating. I am newly pregnant as I informed the front desk staff when checking in. I was informed that I could not be seen due to being pregnant, not even for a simple cleaning. As I am aware, each company can make their own policies and procedures but this was out of the norm. This is not my first pregnancy and I have never been asked to be medically cleared for a cleaning. The front desk lady had an attitude and stated that they require medical clearance for any medical conditions. I then informed her that I have an existing neurological condition and was never asked for medical clearance prior to my first appointment with them (I have been seen twice). & it was noted on my original intake paperwork. The staff could also not provide me where this policy was in writing and stated the scheduled hygienist didnt feel comfortable cleaning my teeth due to my baby going into distress. I had to contact my obgyn who also stated this was out of the norm and eventually was able to sent my clearance. I was seen 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The lady who eventually did my cleaning was very nice.

The new dentist that recently took over is amazing . The staff are amazing as well . I will continue coming here . They took care of my questions and concerns with no hesitation.
