      • Jeff J

        I called CVS pharmacy to have my prescriptions transferred to their store. It was nearly impossible to actually speak to a person. The automated system seems to be designed that way. Needless to say I didn't transfer my prescriptions after all. If a CVS employee cannot pick up the phone and answer a potential customers questions then I certainly cannot trust this company with my medications. Try Walgreens.

        The staff at this CVS are always pleasant and willing to assist you . I have been having an issue getting my medication for approx a month and they were good at keeping me aware of the status.

        Tried to call to check on a prescription called the first time and got put on hold for 10 mins no one ever answered. Called again and was on hold for 15 mins and no one ever answered. Called again to speak with a manager and pretty much was told oh well they are just busy.
