Action Alarms of Chattonooga

I requested a cancellation 3 months ago because ADT took over my system at that time. Preventia has continued to auto-withdrawal from my account despite my cancellation request and i am not under contract with them b/c i chose the month by month option when they took over my previous carrier. I spoke with someone 4/3/2024 & was confronted by their very aggressive customer retention techniques, to include customer shaming and blaming. They don't deserve the one star I gave them.

I went with action alarms because they were a small family owned company ,well after 6 years I regret my decision because they have lied to me about speco going out of business,and want to sale me a hole new system for over 2000 dollars instead of just getting me a new DVR from speco that they sold me. I don't recommend using them unless you like big Corp that only caring about there profits . I would have been okay with a new system if they would have been up front and honest and offered me a discount for the inconvenience

Extremely professional they treated our home like it was there own so much attention was given to every little detail so that everything was perfect from the Automated DMP Alarm system plus the 8 cameras and XVR that I can operate from my phone plus they installed with amazing service with extremely dependable equipment only the best was used plus they treat you like family.I would definitely recommend them for cctv/ home security/automatic gate openers and even laser beam grid in our yard.

These guys know the rental business. Their products are well maintained and they have a wide variety of items for rental.
