If I could, Id give 0 stars. My family booked and paid for a room and when we arrived, we were told they had oversold the rooms. And thats not the worst part! Now they wont refund our money because its against their policies. You heard it right! Their policy apparently allows them to oversell rooms and keep your money! NEVER BOOK HERE!

I only gave a 1 because I had to leave something.... I fell on hard times end of last year and found this place to be my refuge but found that this is not that.....I have paid on Priceline for weeks then the Manager Matthew stated that I could pay $55 flat and now after I have paid that a few weeks now I tell them more is being taken out and I can prove it but he said oh the have to take a 5 hotel fee out I'm like okay thats $60 so why is $68.25 being taken off my card. I don't have any money to be wasting so I feel ripped off completely and taking advantage of so this will be my last night staying here!!! No one should stay here because they don't value those staying here!!! I'm a single woman that has less means...

My favorite place to stay very comfortable and with a comfort and views very safe place will definitely be staying again
