Hampton Inn Forsyth

Gps takes you off of I 75 at the wrong exit and then sends you the wrong direction.

Wouldnt stay here again. Outdoor pool full of water but you cant swim in it. Tv didnt work had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come fix. We stayed 2 adults 3 kids 2 are teens, rooms are too small. Toilet was not secured to the floor so when you sit on it it moves. Refrigerator was not cold at all. Stand where tv is and refrigerator was coming apart. Noteworthy details: Nothing

Upon arrival there wasnt anyone at the desk but there was a sign they would be back in a few minutes. After waiting a while a housekeeping employee came by and said she would find someone; came back and told us she would be right with us. After 20 minutes another housekeeping employee shows up and said the front desk person went home for lunch. She let us into a room but could not give us keys. Our room was very clean just missing shower tile. The 2 ladies in housekeeping were outstanding! The pool furniture is all broken and very dangerous. Tabletop was completely broken and the chaise loungers fabric were completely torn off on both sides of all 4. At checkout the front desk lady was FaceTiming what appeared to be her family and continued to be on her cell phone as we ate breakfast which was good. Overall appearance was good!

We use this hotel about every other month and always have a great experience. The staff is very accommodating to any needs. LOVE the breakfast options and overall cleanliness. Maggie at the desk is the sweetest and we look forward to seeing her :)
