Would not recommend. My mom ordered flowers ahead of time for my grandfather's funeral. We were promised them by 9am the day of, and paid ahead of time. However, they hadn't even started on the order. Extremely unprofessional.

I ordered a spray for my fathers funeral. I spoke to the flower shop and gave them examples of two options that I liked. One was white and very full at a higher price point. The other was red roses but not as full at lower price point. I told the representative that I wanted the red roses and was willing to pay more to make sure that it was as full as the more costly white spray and that it was ok to add a little of the white flowers to do so as they had informed me there are not as many options for red flowers. When I got to my father's funeral and saw the spray I was very disappointed and disheartened to see the lesser value spray with only a few carnations and baby's breath added. In my opinion there was no way those additions added up to an additional $70. In the future I will not be using Flowers by Helen. All of the arrangements that were present from othe florist far exceed the work that they provided. I did call to get an explanation and give them an opportunity to resolve the situation. I was advised that they charged per flower included but I just could not see a $70 difference from with was pictured on their website for $155 to what I paid for $225.

I live in Virginia and my parents live in. Juliet and I have always called customer services. Great the flowers are beautiful and she caters to my needs. My mother loves pink and she always has something for her.
