I Literally Just Got Off The Phone With The Agent I Didnt Catch His Name Because It Sounded As If He Didnt Want To Return My Call In The First Place. I Called Earlier This Morning @ 9:38am And I Was Told The Agent Was OTP With Someone Else And To Leave A Message. . . Never Received A Call Back. I Called Again @ 3:56pm And I Was Told By The Receptionist That She Doesnt Know Why I Didnt Receive A Call But She Can Forward Me To The Voicemail Again. So I Asked Her And Leave Another Voicemail?, She Just Said Hold On And Forwarded Me. I Get On The Phone With The Agent He Got Me A Quote Within 2mins Which Was Odd But It Wasnt Something I Wanted, So I Told Him Thank You But Ill Just Find Someone Else To Go With, And He Just Hung Up. Smh Those Edomites Only Want To Serve They Own So They Become Rude And Don't Project The Same Quality Customer Service They Would Give Their Own So They Dont Have To Do Business With You(Brown Ppl).

This is the second time Ive used Starr insurance and they were just as pleasant as the first time. The receptionist is always pleasant, the insurance agent is always . They have great insurance rates!
