        first of all. we ordered a part and gave them a po. told it was going to take 2 to 3 business days to get in. waited until the 3rd day come to find out that they had never placed the order. Mind you this is a warranty part. So, we placed the order paid the extra to overnight this part they called told u the part is in we drive an hour on a Friday to pick the part up when we arrive, they said the didn't have it that something got messed up with the receiving in the warehouse. now i have to call this customer back to let them know it will now be Monday before they can get this part. York has had a salesman out several times trying to get us to sale there equipment ou there is no chance of that happening.
