Great Expressions Dental Centers - Forest Park

I just dont see how every time I make an appointment for this dental company I always get pushed back further and further. Ive been in pain for the past couple of months and every time before my appointment someone gets sick or has a family emergency like we count on establishments like this to be available on the day of the set appointment that was set months in advance. This is unacceptable

My father's appointment went well. However, I would have loved to speak with the dentist that provided service today. The office is aware of his age and health condition, but I am still not allowed to be in the room with him to answer any questions or hear any recommendations or procedures to follow once we return home. My father is 91 years old with memory loss (dementia).

Dr Malcom is very good and the people in the office are all friendly. Just don't be in a rush when you make your appointment time. The waits have been 30 to 40 min past the scheduled time. Take a book or a game.

Seems to be under new management or staff but great service and speed this go round. Keep it up
