My sons wedding was catered by Phenomenal Food by Chef Holly and everything was fabulous. The food was awesome. They provided a full dinner. When you look around the tables and all you see left on the plates are chicken bones, you know your guests enjoyed every morsel. They handled everything from passing around delicious hors doeuvres while people were mingling, serving the buffet and cutting the cake. Excellent service.

We worked with Chef Holly and her team for a wedding on 12.09.23. From the menu tasting, to the signature drink tasting, to the wedding day of, the team went above and beyond. The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend Phenomenal foods by Chef Holly! Special thank you to Meshia who really helped ensure everything was organized and executed!

As a recent employee, after being there 10 years off and on, I am extremely upset about the way their staff handled a tough situation. If you even want to call it that. When you hire managers, be sure to put someone in the position to be able to handle the job they signed up for. Heres the story: At a recent event, a wedding, tensions were high. Its a celebrity wedding with ALL HANDS ON DECK, so of course things were a little hectic and the manager in charge(Meisha), could not handle being the manager in charge. So I politely asked to clock out early, the response I received was, Thats cool. Coming from the manager, Holly(the owner), put in charge. Someone who is supposed to be professional, and running the entire situation. This is also the person giving me attitude for asking questions. Not to mention, Meisha lied and told Holly I called out 30 minutes before my shift start and Holly asked that I send her a screenshot of me texting Meisha, 2.5 hours before my start time to inform her of my babysitter not showing up for me. Shes had it out for me since she met me. Well, there was a meeting held, after the event, without me, and a decision was made to release me of my duties. According to whomever, from what the owner told me, they said, I walked out. Side-note, the owners son was also working this event. Now as an event manager in training, as a business owner, as a mother of 4, why would I simply walk out on a job that has been beneficial to our up-keeping? This abrupt decision, that Holly told me she left up to Meisha, is certainly an unfair decision. I would be more understanding if the decision was made after we all had a meeting together. But that certainly isnt the case. I was not included. I even called Holly while waiting for my ride and she asked me to go back inside and ask Meisha, AGAIN, if she needed my help. Meisha said, no, you clocked out so stay clocked out. I asked, Are you sure? Because from what Holly just told me, you said I walked out. Meisha said, Im sure, were good And I left. After that night, I Never received a call, text or email about the situation. Until today, I received an email with a separation notice from Meisha. Thats Terrible professionalism. A Terrible way to treat someone you gave a key to your shop, someone you trusted to work events alone, and dropped everything at the drop of a dime to keep money in your pocket..Thats their loss but I will hold them accountable for not properly handling the situation. Theres 3 sides to every story, hers, mine, and the truth. There was only 1 side that was listened to and mine wasnt it. Is this someone you want working your events?

The food, service, and set up is exactly what the name is PHENOMENAL!!! They are professional and communicative. This is not your ordinary catering, the food is so flavorful

The consulting process was great! Food tasted great! They added an extra side of truffle mac as a gift, I was grateful for that. My guests complimented the taste of the food too! However, I was promised that I would be able to receive my leftover food at the end of the night. There was A LOT of food that they took home for themselves. I was shocked and very disappointed. Especially since I was running behind in my wedding (not uncommon) but I paid an additional $900 for their service extension. So not only did they take the food home, they also charged me extra (double whammy). I was also shocked to hear that when my friend told them that they were making a plate for my mom (mother of the bride), they told her she could only get one choice of meat still. They even turned people away at the end wanting extra food. This is bothersome because they took lots of my paid for leftovers home. If considering to use them for your wedding, I suggest having your coordinator on top of the end of Dinner food.
