    I've been having problems with my electricity and it caught fire downstairs in the socket and then the fire truck came they put the fire out in the socket then a week later my upstairs lights went out even in the bathroom and so I asked them will they fix it and Sheilette in the office said that I had to pay to get my lights fixed so that's when I asked her to give that to me in writing and she didn't give it to me and she said it wasn't important and then I had to go to the fire department to help get my lights fixed and now I don't have a stove to cook on I don't have nobody to bring me a stove it's a shame you have to go through so much and you pay all this rent and she is going to say that it's not important that my kids can't eat I have to to eat out everday.

    They dont have no regard for their paying tenants . The unwanted pests & rodent problem is ridiculous smh. Having sombody to come fix your stuff properly is a hassle too . On top of the new property mangers are rude and have no regard for your concerns or living conditions. Atleast the last 2 properties mangers had common courtesy.There is somthing dead in my house and it is making me extremely sick & mold . please help I really hope yall get some properties management in place that CARES .
