food was good but not authentic Chicago. Portions could be bigger. Charge extra for using credit card.

Place is clean and service is great! As you can see from the picture, you are able to order a very large pizza. Almost couldnt get the box out of the door ;)

Fantastic food. Best Italian beefs homemade bread. Burgers are awesome too. Great Mom and pop in Flowery branch

I dont know what was going on This past Saturday March 23 around 5:30 but there were about 7-8 people at the bar, I think 2 other tables were occupied, and then my wife and kid and myself at a table. We waited a few min for a menu, not a big deal, ordered 3 drinks. Took about ten min to get the drinks and a different server brought them because apparently the original server was busy. Fine, whatever. Then we waited another 25 or so minutes before I had enough and we left. Went down to Johnnys and had food served and half eaten in the same amount of time with excellent service and great attitudes from every worker we saw. Completely different experience. Weve eaten at Rachettis a couple times before and while it wasnt anything to get excited about it was also a perfectly fine experience. This weekend was the opposite.
