We've owned rental properties for 10 years, and the biggest challenge I've had as an investor is ensuring I have good property management for the property. I've been through numerous property managers because of how bad they can be. Host Property Management is by far the best property management I've worked with. Their systems and communication are literally flawless in my opinion, and I'm honestly not sure they could make my life an easier than they already do. They are truly a dream to work with. Not easy to find in property management. Host Property Management provide excellent services. They know the market very well, and priced appropriately. Their suggestions are very honest and valuable. The processes were very smooth with clear instructions and help. Would absolutely recommend them!!

My husband and I are very pleased with HOSTs management of our vast array of properties. Their team has handled all responsibilities effectively and we have been exceptionally pleased with their communication. I highly recommend HOST for managing your rental investments.
