        We had OTM pack up our belongings and move them out so that our floors could be replaced from water damage and bring it all back once the floors were installed. I would highly recommend them for your next move, floor replacement, etc. Dustin the owner was very communicative and his crew was very respectful to us and belongings.

        Cant thank OTM enough for all they have done for me. Ive had multiple moves with this company and they are always on time, very detailed, and always gives the best service and respect you love. Thank you for all you do and cant wait to see what the future holds.

        I advise anyone who wants to move NOT to use this company. They aren't forward with what they charge and they take their time to move, THEY charge by the HOUR. So what should've been a 4 hour move took 6.5 hours and you had no choice but to pay them cuz they wanted to take their time. Took 2 hours to wrap and pack everything, and 4.5 to unload which is ridiculous. We even explained to the movers that their was an easier route to make the move easier on them cuz of the stairs and they advised against it. Now we know why, so they could charge us for more time and get paid more. Do not trust these people nor the owner. They mistyped our apt number so they had the wrong unit and started charging us from the time they arrived at the WRONG unit til they were done... we have 4 dogs we would've heard them knocking but nope they went to the wrong place and didn't even verify before they came. Use your money somewhere else and get cheaper movers that do the same job for less

      Thank you Kyrstine for your review. I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Unfortunately, we are not able make everyone happy. The hourly estimate that was provided to you was based on a 2.5-hour labor/travel minimum and if the job were to take longer, we bill in 15-minute increments. This was fully disclosed to you that the amount would be based on how long the job took. The unload took longer due to having to move furniture down 3 flights of stairs with 3 landings. Per my crew leader Joseph, who is an experienced moving specialist the “easier route” you showed him would have taken longer, because they would have still needed to go down 3 flights of stairs, plus walk a longer flat distance. We apologize for the apartment number typo; we are only human and sometimes make mistakes, but this is why we send emailed estimates to every client so the information entered can be confirmed. That is also why an e-signature is required before our client’s moves can be scheduled. In our estimate terms and conditions, it clearly states that the start time is when our crew arrives on location. Per the crew leader’s communication log, he texted you at 7:27am to let you know they were headed to your location. Once they arrived at 8:00am, he called you 4 separate times and Dustin the owner tried calling you as well. Unfortunately, you didn’t respond to our calls until closer to 9:00am. Another key piece to why your move took longer was because more items were added the day of the move as we moved an additional person living in the home. Again, I’m sorry you had a bad experience, but we have exceptionally honest and hard-working team members. Sincerely, OTM Management
