At first, Danny and his team were pleasant to work with, but lacked in communication. They claimed to have fixed my car multiple times only for me to get my car back and something else be wrong. This went on for multiple months. Throughout this process, they became less and less professional and not answering my calls. I would not recommend community tire to anyone I know as I ended up having to take my car to the dear Lee shop to actually get fixed. Save yourself time, money, and stress by choosing another auto shop!

First of all Community Tire and Auto is just a few houses away from me. I could walk there if I wanted. They will pick up vehicles from my house or drop it off at my house. They will also give me rides to and from the shop depending on if I drop it off or it is done and I need a ride there. This is handy if you have been day drinking but need your vehicle repaired and I've heard them tell other people they will get the vehicle from their house if needed. Their prices seem good and they are usually reliable. I wouldn't expect a 5 star customer service but they do the work. I've only had a few problems with oil and tire pressure being checked but they said they would work on that. I've taken my truck there many times and 90% of the time it is fixed in a timely manner and the work is done correctly. Rarely are there any problems, but if there is a problem they will try to get it resolved. Recently I took my truck there because of a few problems but mostly the cruise control wasn't working. I got it back but didn't check it and later that day I couldn't get it to work. I went back a few days later(due to the weekend) and they showed me I just had to hit the off button then the on button on the cruise control to get it to work. It isn't a repair but it does work and the other things that I asked to be repaired were repaired. I will use the cruise control like this until it actually won't work any more then pay the money for the guts to be replaced. Like I said, it's not a 5 star service with a coffee machine, snacks, and waiting room. But it is cheap, they will get your vehicle and return it to you, and the work is mostly done correctly every time or at least the important things. Oil and tire pressure can be checked by almost anyone. Note: The owner told me "We check all that" when I asked about fluids one time. They need to make sure they actually check all fluids and tire pressure every time. This means oil, coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and tire pressure. Also, they should check the tread on all the tires to see if they need replacing. I gave them a 5 star review for at least two major reasons. Many auto shops will intentionally rip you off and they don't. Also they will pick up and return vehicles to and from your house. Getting them on the phone can sometimes be difficult. Just call back every five minutes until you get someone. There is no receptionist and the managers are often either on the phone about parts or talking to a customer either in the office or on the phone.
