Great marina with very friendly and helpful staff!

I signed an agreement to park my boat and chose the one I wanted and liked. A few days later I brought my boat and found out they rented it to someone else. I tried to get my money back they refused and the manager Michael Duly (not sure if Im spelling the last name correctly) turned out to be the worst person to deal with and stated we have other spots you can choose from but he completely missed the fact that I already chose my spot paid for it and they did not honor the agreement. After 6 month I gave a notice that Im moving out and because a came to pick up the boat 2 days late Michael Duly had the boat locked and would not release it until I pay for the whole month. Extremely bad and rude management Michael Duly is not someone to be dealing and he should not even have a position he has because of him nasty attitude and behavior I will never go back to that marina even if they offered me a free spot

My experience at Safe Harbor Hideaway Bay Marina continues to be exceptional. The strategic geography not only provides excellent weather protection but also adds to the scenic charm. The facilities, including the well-maintained bathhouse, exceed my expectations. The staff displays remarkable engagement, friendliness, and efficiency, creating a genuine sense of community. It's more than just a marina it's a place that values both boating and building connections. Highly recommend!

Always a great place. Friendly staff. They just added more dock space for Fish tails and gas dock area.
