Pro Care Landscaping LLC

Towards the end of 2022 we had the unfortunate experience of hiring ProCare Landscaping, LLC for a backyard project, and we must say it turned out to be a disaster. We are writing this review to caution others who may be considering their services. As stated, we hired ProCare Landscaping, LLC to build a two-tiered retaining wall, with drainage and put steps in. The project started in September 2022 and finished within a few weeks. While everything looked fine from eyesight, months later the flaws started servicing. In January 2023 the top retaining wall started splitting. We contacted Slade Filder owner of ProCare Landscaping, LLC via email after noticing the issue. Slade came out weeks later, addressed the concern, stated he wanted to make it right and fix the wall. However, that has not the case. Nine months later and the communication with this company has been extremely poor, just excuse after excuse and the wall continuing to fail. We were told every three weeks to reach back out, and we did. After a while the responses dwindled, no replies to emails or text messages and the owner would never answer a single phone call. Overall, our experience with ProCare Landscaping, LLC has been incredibly disappointing. We paid a LOT of money to have this project completed correctly, we trusted the company and its workers to know exactly what they were doing and that clearly has not been the case. As paying customers we would strongly advise using caution if choosing to use this company for your landscaping needs. We know firsthand this company does not back their work and it'll end up costing you more money down the road. Services: Retaining walls, Drainage solutions

They were ok. Lack of communication caused issues. Lack of wanting to deal with a female caused issues. While the sid looks ok. Unfortunately they didn't do what they promised. We had patchy fescue and it was suppose to be removed prior to installing new burmuda sod. Now I have patchy fescue in my burmuda. It was a half fast job for $$$. Service: Sod installation

We used Pro Care in Atlanta for a Multifamily commercial project. I am one of the project managers and delt with slade directly for 2 months planning the job and then during the installation process. His crews and him self are very talented and knowledgeable about landscape design & installation. Also recommend several different things to us as we are an out of state company from Florida and not completely sure of Georgia Climate. Services: Patio design, Sod installation, Drainage solutions
