        Been with them for over 10 years, I asked to add a vehicle to my parents policy and the lady said she needed time to get me quote and will text it to me. Later she texted me at 1:45PM saying shes leaving for the day and shell be in touch tomorrow. I needed insurance that same day so I ended up getting it done from Hometown Insurance Jimenez Agency in 5 minutes.

      Sorry for the inconvenience. Adding a vehicle isn't normally that time consuming but there are always different circumstances. If you are not the named insured, our agency tries to get permission from the named insured before completing an endorsement or verify that the named insured owns the vehicle. It is the rules, and we wouldn't want an incident to occur, and the vehicle not be covered. That isn't any good for either of us! Take care!
