        Perkie Repairs BEWARE-I used this company to repair my ceiling that I accidentally stepped through. Tyler was very nice but clearly not good with drywall. I am 72 years old retired on a fixed income. I requested to get my money refunded but he refused so now I am having to pay another contractor to fix his mess. I have attached before and after photos so you can make your own mind up about this company

        Tyler was a huge help. The deck he built gets compliments from both my neighbors! I had a price in kind when i was looking to get this done and I honestly feel like i got a lot more done for less then the other bids i was receiving. So happy i ran across him. Really a stand up guy

        Wanted to give 0 . they just ran away after completing 90% of the work. also when you go with these guys you might have to talk to the detail to every nail they put in. because they charge extra for every piece. I got my deck covered with these guys. Initially they quoted say X. after half the way we realized they are not going to any of the below and none of them were discussed prior to starting work. and every work below they started adding charges. 1 . not paint the deck which is separate cost and this was never mentioned or asked 2 . the ceiling was going to left with nothing and no false ceiling or sheet 3. they wont fix the ceiling light but just leave out the wire hanging and I had to install the light to the ceiling. so please make sure you talk every detail and may be they might charge extra of you breathe. Not a great experience and in spite of all these differences I still wanted to give positive feedback. but the way they ran away with work left is disastrous. I would not recommend these guys at all. they took away money they needed and walked away. That is literally stealing money. So NO NO NO !!!

        Tyler was quick to respond to our requests and instantly saw the necessary solutions to restore a staircase that had become dilapidated. He communicated each step hed take to bring this staircase back to its original condition and did so within budget, and in a fraction of the time other contractors quoted. We wouldnt consider anyone else for our restoration and repair projects. Tylers the man!

      I am happy to waking up to this today. You were scheduled for an appointment this morning, per our multiple conversations. While you are upset about a repaired roof, I am dealing with a child going through a medical emergency. I tried to work around existing issues to make your install work out as well as possible. CHARGED YOU PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR FOR AN ELEVATED CEILING INSTALL, BUT LEAVE OUT THAT YOU PAID FOR A PATCH, NOT AN ENTIRE CEILING RE-HANG. (What happened to informing on how little you paid for the install.)When you messaged me to blackmail me for all of your money back, you said you would leave ALL information. I made less than I spent on gas/materials for your install... And you want to be refunded or you impact me and my families future for $200 and half of that was materials. Way to show the world that people can have gifts handed to them, but it's just never enough.Thank you for choosing us.

      Sorry you feel that way. Just to be clear when you hire a company for a job give all details desired, such as * you have permits that have been pulled. Prior to the installation of all major components of your job. * You got discounts the entire time and were more than happy with the installation as you gave me the check. I left you more than enough of the owed rate to get the maybe 500 sqft wood sections painted.And I bought the materials. A large install cut down thousands, and this is how I am repaid. Look at your deck and tell me you lost. This is a ridiculous review and I pray that your choice of doing this well over 3+ months later, truly helps others in their desire to choose Perkie Repairs LLC. People who feel they are entitled to get anything they desire (outside of signed contract) because we agreed to do a job, are the people who's reviews undermine a companies true values. I pray people read this and understand that you left out the fact that your install was a previously discounted rate that you called back to negotiate with me.... Then called back desiring to enlarge that install and completely enclosed... For $800!!!A completely enclosed 16 x 12 lean to... And I left you $800 and materials to get painted because your choice of words as well as desires to withhold necessary information truly made it difficult to find the desire to give you more leniency in the particular install. Thank you for your feedback. I can't make everyone happy, but I do pray that your install is working for you. No comments of poor installation or after the fact repairs.*When over 50% of your reviews are similar to this one, everything should be taken into consideration.
