Run away from this builder no matter how much you like a model home you've seen or believe their story of being a quality reputable builder, THEY ARE NOT. They are making a killing selling sub-standard homes, even entire subdivisions.

We have just finished building a new home with Beltan Properties.
This company is a local builder who aspires to deliver good quality homes for a reasonable price.
We were overly satisfied with how everything was done.
Especially, what made the entire process successful were the specific people who represent this company.
Starting with Anita, who is a Sales Director, she has helped us to navigate through many options and choices while building a new house.
Stephen, who is the Superintendent, he made sure that every concern and a question were taken care to our satisfaction.
Finally, Emily made sure the entire closing process was a smooth as possible.
Thank you all for your hard work and building for us a beautiful home in Marina Bay community!
