I used Southern Comfort Appraisals and Inspections, for a pre purchase Appraisal on a propery I was buying. From the first contact David was very professional and a great source of information. He was able to complete my Appraisal very quick and his repot was very accurate and fair. As a home buyer I wanted to make sure I was not over paying for the property and with the information provided in his report, i did not. Thank you David, you saved me money.
