        I struggled to get into the website so contacted customer support to help me. Talked with Brittany...SO kind and helpful and, after making some changes, I thought all was good and tried again to get online and was unable to do so. Called support again and talked to Tammy...again, couldn't have been more kind and helpful, updated my profile. Thought all was good (I was able to finally log in) but then couldn't find what I needed online. Sent a chat and Cynthia responded. Again, couldn't have asked for support to be more helpful. What I was looking for, is not available online but Cynthia offered to send me a copy of that and immediately did so. AMAZING customer support! Wish support everywhere was like this!
