I Called in and spoke with Audreanna and she was exceptionally pleasant. Answered all my questions and concerns. Usually people are rude but she was very helpful and showed trust that I can Rent a storage unit from them and wouldn't have any problems. Not sure about everybody else but I had a wonderful experience. Wish everybody was as nice and helpful in this day in age.

I have been renting here for almost a year now and I must say that Kourtney the manager and Adrianna have exceptional customer service skills. They answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in detail when I very first moved my things here. They are not the only company that I know of that tells you upfront that you have to give a 30-day notice if you're going to vacate. What some people don't understand is that it is better to give the notice at the beginning of the month that you will be paying so that way you won't be charged the following month. If your things are still in the unit the following month you will be charged if you did not let the office know that your unit is empty and clean and that's with a lot of storage places. It also states it in the agreement as well as the office informing you repeatedly when you first inquire about their policy. The only downside to renting here is how often they do the rent increase and that is not the fault of the ladies in the office that is because of Mr. Robert Copenhaver and if you read the bottom of the 30-day increase notice they send out before the increase that is the go-to person who does the increase. He also states in the notice if you have any questions or concerns to contact him and I did he said due to inflation, yeah right ok. The ladies in the office are amazing and I appreciate everything you have done to help me. Love the facility always clean, everything is in its place, well lit, the hours of access are great, bathroom stays clean and accessible as well. No issues, problems or complaints. Definitely would rent again.
