The manager Chasity and assistant manager Salam worked overtime to finish up paperwork to get our company in a unit. The customer service was outstanding and the both of them was very professional and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend clients, friends and family to this location.

I been here 2 years when I first moved in April 2022 I explained what I needed my space for at the time they didnt have store fronts availability so I was offered a back space which is the connection to the store front which sit directly in front of me. I am a content creator so I needed the space to take my pictures and do content . Well fast forward almost 2 years in with no violations and actually the most Ive been in my space which I had 24 hr access to. A incident happened with me which I didnt know I couldnt do because I am in a business part not a storage where you store items and in which you cant be in I do because I am a business. Well chasity doesnt like I have a relationship with one of the other staff there and took it to corporate first offense and was called and told I lost my 24hr privilege from corporate . I never received anything in writing nor a email never heard back from corporate just very unprofessional. I figured I come here but if this can not be fixed Ill have to take this issue to someone that can help or investigate the problem because how was I able to have 24 hr access when I moved in she knew exactly what I rented my space for then try to downplay my space saying its a storage and I dont suppose to be in it. I feel I am being harassed and feel Im being retaliated against for my association with another staff member. she drives by my unit at this point I feel like Im being harassed. Ive never worked with a company where they give you anything in writing , emails or anything just call from the manager verbally. I did my part reaching out to the head director nothing still. I wouldnt recommend this location especially if chasidy is in charge shes a bully and is very unprofessional.
