I used Merlin's for 20+ years, but there's a new business in this location now. Top Quality Car Care, which has had a nearby location for a while, has moved into this building as well. Merlin's is closed.

Always very professional and dedicated to customer service while being honest about the needs vehicle. The staff is excellent and go out of their way to explain things and help the customer in the most efficient, cost effective way.

Not woman-friendly since when does an oil change cost $109? I was told my truck was old with a bad oil leak & required a total of 4.5 quarts of oil to fill (it holds 6 quarts of oil.) I was intentionally low-balled on the total amount of oil added to my vehicle by 1.5 quarts (my guess as to why? to try and prove that I was leaking oil when I checked at home) and overcharged for my visit as a whole. I was instructed to come back in a few weeks and plan to leave my vehicle so they could replace my entire engine because they werent sure how many more miles it would handle. Unacceptable!
