This location just sucks.. food .. cold not at all what I expect from sonic.. dont waste your time..

Ive ordered from here 4 times for myself and employees and Sonic is 0 out of 4 getting anything right. Each order was through the app so there shouldnt be any confusion about what I ordered. Each time we ordered SuperSonic breakfast burritos and received only egg, sausage, and cheese. Ordered Oreo cheesecake blasts and received ice cream with a few Oreos. 1 time they lost my order, then brought out something completely different, then finally delivered a partially correct order. Service is fast because they they dont follow instructions and rush stuff out. This location needs to get it together because I love Sonic. Guess Ill wait a while to see if things improve. During this inflation, you hope to get what you pay for, but Im sure they are turning a huge profit cutting everyone short on ingredients.

I don't even eat here but the service here is horrible doing deliveries with door dash. They don't allow door dash drivers to pick orders up at the drive thru the door dasher has to get out ou the car and bang on side employee door to let them know you standing outside to pick up an order. Then they switch it up everyone you go to pick up an order. If it rains you have to stand outside while getting wet waiting for the order. This place is literally turn me off from even ordering from here. The setup at this location is ridiculous there is no drive in as the other Sonic's there's only a drive-thru I do not recommend this place this place is too new for all of these problems. Anytime I get an order from here I cancel it as of now.

They dont have tap to pay. Theres only drive thru. My burger was half cold when I got it even tho I parked in the mobile pick up spot cause thats the only place to park. My cheese fries only had cheese on about 5 fries. I cant imagine how cold it wouldve been if Id gone home to eat. This place is a waste of money. If I could give the food 0 stars I would
