As a Level 7 Google Local Guide, I found this mechanic to be honest, trustworthy. They worked on my car until it was fixed. They did not give me a list of items that did not really need to be repaired and they did not pressure me into having unnecessary work done. They focused on items that were actually not working. The owner's name is Betty. She runs a tip top business. Being an auto repair shop owned by a lady, I could tell that it was run differently than those I have been to that were run by men. I would feel comfortable having my wife take her car there and I would not be concerned that they would prey on her limited knowledge about cars. The place was very clean and had a public friendly waiting area. The glimpse I had of the shop area was professional and clean. The restrooms were clean. Tyler, the service manager, understood my vehicle and was able to explain my issues. The pricing was set just right. They were able to work on both of my Mercedes and the had the computers systems that the dealers use. They service all vehicles, not just luxury cars. I will gladly drive the 1 1/2 hour to have my car serviced by the going forward.
