I had spoken with the caseworker on different occasions and she explained that me and my daughter was going to get this month $300 and something together and every time I called her back she will have a hold attitude like she doesnt want to do the job so I ended up speaking with the supervisor and they worked up my case and only give me and my daughter enough for one person so Im just trying to figure out why did they gave me and my daughter only $197 dollars im just trying to see did they keep some of the money that they told us that we were going to get so Im trying to figure out I may need to speak with a supervisor over them because somebody is not doing something right I know what she told me and thats exactly what I want. When you tell me something thats what I believe. Dont try to short change me for anything and that way I feel me and my kids been looking and trying to get my food stamps all month and this is what they give me. This is what Im entitled to make it make sense. Im not understanding somebody really need to see thisand it needs to go beyond them. They are doing something in these office that yall need to be aware of.

No one ever answers the phone! The caseworkers and their managers voicemails are all always full so you can't even leave a voicemail. I submitted an application back in October of 2023 it is now coming to the end of January 2024 in my application has yet to even be started. After the first 30 days I followed up and then received a letter saying they were behind but they would get to it within 30 days I gave it another month and tried to follow up and was told it hasn't even been started yet. I called back again today and it still has not been started.4 months later STILL NOT STARTED!! Completely unacceptable!

I've been trying to get assistance from them for over a year and they kept denying me. they wouldn't update the website, they would send me appt letters 6 days after the appt date, and they would never call me on the appt date. when I called, they would never pick up and their voicemail wasn't set up.

I'm so upset! On September 11th, 2023 I had a mini stroke. I applied for the Senior medicaid and food stamp program. They were suppose to call me on October 10th and never did! Ironically, I received a letter BY MAIL 2 days later telling me I had a phone interview scheduled for the 10th of October! Again, nobody called and I've left 3 messages to reschedule my phone interview NOBODY HAS YET TO CALL!!! Why are they playing with people livelihood?!
