If I could give ZERO stars I would! This Clown is nothing short of a con artist with ESQ behind his name!He will take your money and do nothing for your case as he is not on your side, he is behind your back doing what his buddy the DA tells him to do to you! When we got to court you could tell he never prepared the case and did not know important things we talked about. Stay away! Very very dishonest person. He will have to answer to a higher power when he closes his evil eyes the last time.

We initially hired Paul Liston to aid in a simple legal issue; and after multiple clerical errors, phone calls not returned, and requiring three requests over the period of one week to receive a receipt for services, we decided to go another direction for legal services. Of the money we initially paid, he insisted upon keeping the majority of the money to include time spent fixing mistakes made by his practice. Also we were able to show time billed for phone conversations was quoted to be 3.5x the actual telephone conversations. Do not hire!
