        Ive only been a customer for about a month now, however Neil @ PoolWerx has been a LIFESAVER. I was very overwhelmed with the upkeep and confused with the processes due to poor poolbuilders education. I saw an ad on Facebook about PoolWerx and submitted the inquiry form early in the morning. Before noon, they reached out. He has been a saving Grace in helping handle a replacement for my bad salt cell with the manufacturer, he has educated me in one day more than Ive could have ever gotten from the builder. He shows up weekly, and doesnt just test and go. He cleans, scrubs, adjusts chemicals as needed and provides a great report for me when the job is done to include photos. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend PoolWerx Augusta to anyone who needs pool care, big or small. Ive gone from working and stressing over my pool to it being swim-ready daily. Edit: I posted this 7 months ago, and wanted to come back and say that I am still extremely satisfied and have been suggesting PoolWerx to anyone who needs their help!! Even while I had some construction work being done and had to pause services, they still kept in contact!! You cant go wrong with this company. Neil, the owner sure knows excellent customer service.

        Neil was amazing! I struggled finding anybody that would come out and help me get my pool in shape after buying a new house. Not only was he always here on time, but in a lot of cases, he made time to come out to my house. When he was all done, the pool was gorgeous! And a fair price. I highly recommend! Services: Filter cleaning, Water treatment, Netting, Vacuuming, Wall brushing
