Stephanie did a fantastic job finding my family and I our perfect home. We then recommended her to our other family members and she found them great houses as well. Stephanie is a phenomenal realtor! She was absolutely patient with our 6 months worth of shopping for the perfect home. It took 8 offers until we were finally able to close on one because of this crazy market but we would not have been able to purchase this home if it were not for her honest, professional knowledge! She is extremely versed in the real estate market, on so many levels. Being new to the area, she was able to educate us on the pros and cons of all the areas we shopped in throughout Columbia county and even the surrounding areas. She did not try to steer us towards what she wanted to sell, however truly gave us all the information to make an educated decision based on everything she provided. She was not afraid to offer cons, as well as pros, which we truly appreciated. She was responsive whenever we had a question or concern and prompt in always returning our calls and texts. Stephanie is very knowledgeable about home construction details and even property/land aspects. She shared areas of concerns she noticed throughout a house, even if we didnt, as if she was purchasing it for herself! She was helpful in offering remedies, if the issue of concern was one we wanted rectified. She was a strong negotiator, initially through the offering process and even continuing throughout the transaction as additional concerns arose from our home inspection and due diligence period. Stephanie was not only our realtor but sold both my daughters their homes within the past six months. One was in South Carolina, so it was nice being able to use the same agent in both Georgia and South Carolina. I can not express how pleased with her we are and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER (and already have!) to anyone in the market needing a realtor. She will forever be our entire familys realtor and if we ever decide to sell, she would be the only agent I would call. We truly appreciated all her efforts and time she spent with us.

Most reviews will say these things. We cannot speak highly enough of Stephanie, our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and communication skills are unparalleled. She is detail oriented and patient. She listens. They are true of Stephanie. But, what sets Stephanie apart from other realtors is that from the first time we met her years ago, till now, weve never felt that Stephanie was selling or buying for a customer. Nor that it was a transaction. Each purchase and sale has felt as if she were helping someone in her family buy or sell a home. Its what truly sets her apart. It's why she's truly the best.
